I'M ENGAGED!

Here is my proposal story, it happened the best way I could ever had imagined. I love my story very much!

My Proposal Story:

Payden got up before I did on our four year anniversary and told me I could stay in bed but I was so excited ot see what he had planned because he refused to tell me the couple of weeks before, that I got up too. Nancy (his mom) took pictures of us, all dressed up (for us) before we left and we headed out. Once we arrived to the zoo Payden was on his phone hiding text from me and being overly romantic (for our relationship style). He made me go through the rest of the zoo before I could go and look at the giraffes (my favorite animal). We really enjoyed our time at the zoo and I was taking a million pictures (of course). By the time we have gone through the rest of the zoo it was time when people could pay to feed the giraffes. So of course I asked Payden if I could and of course he let me. He even offered to take pictures of me doing it (which surprised me). When I was done feeding them we decided to sit down on a bench by the exhibit which is when I became destracted by an older man whose family left him alone in his wheelchair. I get up after a few minutes asking if we could leave and his response: "no I want to sit here for a few more minutes." So I annoyingly sit back down, and he looks at me and asked if I wanted to take a picture of us together and of course I said yes and did. After a few pecks/kisses he pulls out my ring and nervously/awkwardly asked: "Would you like to marry me" I am thrilled and said "Yes!!". Right after the ring was on my finger Payden asked if he could take a picture so he could send it to my dad and Mandy- who had been the ones texting him all morning. Payden took me to the gift shop and even bought me a giraffe stuffed animal to help me remember the day even more. My dad called to congratulate me as we were walking out of the zoo. Following the proposal we met up with Mandy at Genghis Grill for lunch so she could congratualte me as well. During lunch my Aunt Trina called me as well to congratualte me. It made my day even better to see how exited eveyroen was for us.

Once we got back to the Hamilton house, Nancy and Paige were both very excited for us and took pictures of us- our first photos together as an ENGAGED couple!

That night Payden and I went to my parent's house to have dinner with my parents, siblings and grandma so that they all could hear the story and congratualte us as well. It was a perfect day!
