Workout?
For once the answer to that would be yes! After being together for six years, graduating high school, going through college, turning 21 and all of my health problems we had to take a good look at ourselves in the mirror and realize we've changed a lot and some of those changes we weren't too happy with. So as a couple we decided to start off 2013 with the goal of becoming a healthier couple together. This week marks the end of week one of our workouts. We joined a 24 hour gym and have become our best supporters and help motivate each other to do one more set, even when we know it is hard or to walk another 10 minutes even though we feel the need to stop. Neither of us truly enjoy working out but it is nice to do it together so we always have help, entertainment and someone who understands what the goal is.
