Rest in Peace

We have had a rough week or so. Grandma Roe passed suddenly and our family is missing her so much. There is defiantly a hole in our family and it's going to take some time to adjust. 

The hardest thing I think I've ever done was watching Payden put a picture of one of our sonograms I her casket. It's so sad that she will never get to meet our child. 

Grandma Roe was the head of our family and will be greatly missed. Grandpa is slowly adjusting to life and I'm so proud of my husband for the extra love and attention he has been giving his grandfather in his time of need. It's heart melting to see the love he has for them and I know how hard the loss of his grandma is on him.

Growing up in Wichita, Kansas my husband has always known about the 'crumply burgers' at NuWay. I on the other hand had never heard of such a thing and never had the nerve to try the restaurant chain that I had never heard of. Yet since we have been dating since high school he eventually got me to try it and I have loved them ever since. When we moved out on our own I wanted to try and save money and figured I could make the 'crumply burgers' myself. After some trial and error I have come up with a recipe that works perfectly for us. A friend asked me to share the recipe, remember that I am not a chef though so there are no real measurements for the recipe but more of a "do what you feel is right". Wyatt’s 2nd Birthday!

I guess I forgot to write about Wyatt’s 2nd birthday, and that makes me said because that was such a fun party to plan since he actually has things he shows interest in now! Wyatt's 2nd birthday party was Elmo themed and it turned out so good! I am Kinda over board on planning and have “Pinterest perfect” parties by I love every bit of the crazy my planning makes me.
