Wyatt is One Month Old

Friday the 8th our little boy turned one month old! 

This is what I posted that day: Wyatt is one month old today! And thanks to his stay at the NICU he is already on a pretty good schedule-sleeping between feedings 3-5 hours. He loves being held and finding Dad's fingers (and beard). He now weighs SIX POUNDS and is 19.5 inches long and had his first doctor's appointment today and is within the 55% on the premie charts.

Growing up in Wichita, Kansas my husband has always known about the 'crumply burgers' at NuWay. I on the other hand had never heard of such a thing and never had the nerve to try the restaurant chain that I had never heard of. Yet since we have been dating since high school he eventually got me to try it and I have loved them ever since. When we moved out on our own I wanted to try and save money and figured I could make the 'crumply burgers' myself. After some trial and error I have come up with a recipe that works perfectly for us. Wyatt’s 2nd Birthday!

I guess I forgot to write about Wyatt’s 2nd birthday, and that makes me said because that was such a fun party to plan since he actually has things he shows interest in now! Wyatt's 2nd birthday party was Elmo themed and it turned out so good! I am Kinda over board on planning and have “Pinterest perfect” parties by I love every bit of the crazy my planning makes me.
