What I'm Reading

As an obsessed Harry Potter fan and a proud member of the generation who grew up with these stories and movies and who dreamed to be able to attend Hogwarts when I found out about this book coming out I knew it needed to be added to our collection. I bought a copy on my nook and a hard copy for Payden/our book collection. 

I loved it! It was different than I expected but I should had known that since it was a play but other than that I adored it! I can't wait until Wyatt is old enough to read the books and to join in the love that Payden and I have for the wizard world of Harry Potter.

Growing up in Wichita, Kansas my husband has always known about the 'crumply burgers' at NuWay. I on the other hand had never heard of such a thing and never had the nerve to try the restaurant chain that I had never heard of. Yet since we have been dating since high school he eventually got me to try it and I have loved them ever since. When we moved out on our own I wanted to try and save money and figured I could make the 'crumply burgers' myself. After some trial and error I have come up with a recipe that works perfectly for us. A friend asked me to share the recipe, remember that I am not a chef though so there are no real measurements for the recipe but more of a "do what you feel is right". Wyatt’s 2nd Birthday!

I guess I forgot to write about Wyatt’s 2nd birthday, and that makes me said because that was such a fun party to plan since he actually has things he shows interest in now! Wyatt's 2nd birthday party was Elmo themed and it turned out so good! I am Kinda over board on planning and have “Pinterest perfect” parties by I love every bit of the crazy my planning makes me.

This jacket was Brent's when he was a toddler and Payden wore it when he was a toddler and now Wyatt is wearing it. It's so cool to see him in these hand me downs. And I even found pictures of Payden wearing the jacket to compare.
