30 years and counting

On the 26th of this month Payden's parents will be married for 30 years. It is super nice to have relationships like theirs to look up to when our marriage is starting off. Such a beautiful thing to be able to see these marriage milestones happen for several Hamilton couples. His grandparents celebrated 50 years a few years ago and his aunt and uncle celebrated 25 years last year.

Amber planned a Hamilton family dinner at Sumo for the Sunday before. It was the day right between two big snow storms that hit Wichita so it was nice that the weather worked out to where everyone could get together before we all got snowed in again.

Here's to their 30th and to many more years of happy marriages in the Hamilton family.

Growing up in Wichita, Kansas my husband has always known about the 'crumply burgers' at NuWay. I on the other hand had never heard of such a thing and never had the nerve to try the restaurant chain that I had never heard of. Yet since we have been dating since high school he eventually got me to try it and I have loved them ever since. When we moved out on our own I wanted to try and save money and figured I could make the 'crumply burgers' myself. After some trial and error I have come up with a recipe that works perfectly for us. Wyatt’s 2nd Birthday!

I guess I forgot to write about Wyatt’s 2nd birthday, and that makes me said because that was such a fun party to plan since he actually has things he shows interest in now! Wyatt's 2nd birthday party was Elmo themed and it turned out so good! I am Kinda over board on planning and have “Pinterest perfect” parties by I love every bit of the crazy my planning makes me.
