Hamilton Family

I've changed my color scheme/theme for our Christmas tree (again) this year but I have to say this year's may be my favorite! 

Sunday: November 23rd--Wichita State basketball game against Newman.  Monday: November 24th--getting Christmas cards ready to be sent out Friday!  Wednesday: November 25th-- Vegas hiding from her dad taking pictures of her. Using her paw and all. Too cute!  Tuesday again- new origami owl charms Tuesday again: I swear Vegas cat in a blanket is my favorite thing.  Wednesday: November 26th-- my Christmas sweater from my favorite etsy store came in! So excited!  Wednesday again- Horth family Thanksgiving. Playing board games and making s'mores.  Let me give you that close up of Payden's face in the above photo. I can't get over it--it is perfect description of him!  Thursday: November 28th- Hamilton family thanksgiving! Hanging out with the Harrell children: Ellie and Nolan.  Thursday again: a healthy game of Cards Against Humanity.  Thursday again: a Hamilton couple photo on this fine Thanksgiving.  Friday: November 28th- "And the stockings were hung" (and stuffed). 

Last night some of my girlfriends and I decided to have a karaoke/bowling night and talk about a fun (and late night)!  Dannielle, Shelby, Shawna, Tina, Chelsea and some others and I had such a great time and it was so fun getting together and relaxing and have fun together before the crazy busy holiday season gets started!  Here are pictures from our girls night: 

Friday November 21st my best friend, and concert buddy, Kayla and I went and saw one of our favorite country bands in concert: Little Big Town.  The concert was so much fun and so chill. Not a big production just a lot of great music, my favorite type of concert.  The opening acts: Brothers Osborn and Brett Eldredge were so good as well and I ended up downloading a lot of new songs throughout the night.  Here are the two pictures of Kayla and I from the night: 

Y'all big news! Although I would never announce this early my younger sister has made her announcement so I figured it was okay.  My younger sister is going to have a baby!! I can't believe my sister is going to be a mom before me but I'm so excited to be an OFFICIAL auntie!!  Here's the Facebook status I made sharing the exciting news! I'm still in shock!  So July 2015, my sister will be having the first grandchild for my family! It's going to be exciting!  Here's the first gift ever for the baby, which was from me. If the baby is a girl, I'll buy a tutu to match. 

So my friend Tristan and I ventured away from our books turned into movie list on our most recent movie date.  This time we went and saw Interstellar. The movie was very long and I left the theater with a headache. It took me a couple of days to wrap my head around how I felt about the movie so here is my thoughts.  The movie itself was done beautifully, the acting was amazing. Big this is a Grammy winning movie. Which to me shows that it is a movie that not everyone will enjoy or understand. The science of it was very deep and took a lot to follow along.  I don't think the movie was a waste of my money, I did enjoy it but I will probably never watch it again/own it.  As a movie it is award winning but as a movie goer/normal gal I'd give it 3 stars.  If you are really into science and understand it then you'll enjoy the movie. We all need to remember I majored in English for a reason! 

It's red cup season at Starbucks, which means one of my favorite drinks is available!  I'm kinda obsessed with our cat kid. A picture of her that I took on my snapchat. The Alpha Phi's Christmas tree is still to this day one of my favorites.  New goodies finally came in the mail! I love my new tops!  The daily struggle of drinking milk with Vegas cat around.  You know Vegas is my cat when... We both hate the cold.  Went and saw the movie "Interatellar" with my friend Tristan. I'm trying to still figure out how I feel about it so the movie review post will be coming soon.  Banners were dropped at the first official game of other 2014-2015 season!  Maggi and I at the first official basketball game of the season.
