The semester is finally coming to an end and everything is coming at me full force. Stress level is the highest I have had all semester and I am very much ready for it to be over. My vacation to St. Louis for the Missouri Valley Conference with Courtney, Jeremy and my boyfriend Payden was a great weekend. Shockers made it all the way to the final Championship game and lost to UNI (which is my least favorite team in the MVC). We made sure to do a lot of things that made the weekend into a vacation like going up in the Arch (which was miserable because I am scared of heights) and went to the zoo. I really had alot of fun and I am very lucky to have those amazing people in my life. The weekend after Missouri Valley started off my Spring Break. I spent my first weekend of Spring Break at the All Greek Leadership Conference with three of my Alpha Phi sisters (Ashley, Aleasha and Jami). So my semester really has been busier then I thought. I am truly enjoying my position as VPPD in Alpha Phi and I feel as if I am doing a great job (if I do say so myself). As for the goals in which I listed in my last blog I feel as if I am doing well on those as well. As I have said above I do believe that I am doing a great job as VPPD even though at times I am really getting that so called "crasy PD look in my eyes" I feel as if I am handling that stress the best that I can. My semester is going really well class and grade wise and I am working really hard to keep up with homework and to keep my grades up. Time with my boyfriend is hit or miss. I am really trying hard to make sure that I see him as much as I can and I feel as if I am doing better on that this semester then I have in the past. We have our tiffs at times but really we have a great trusting relationship and that really helps when we are both very busy and have to rely on that trust we have for each other. I a...

This is my first blog. I haven't blogged since back in the Xanga days. So my life here recently has been filled with short and pointless days at work while barely making enough money to survive. My boyfriend, Payden, has really been helping pay my rent and dues for Alpha Phi. When I am not working I am either planning things for my Alpha Phi chapter, since I am the currently VPPD (and very proud of that fact) or spending time with Payden and/or any friends that I can find time to do things with. I love the fact that my new job (which really isn't all that new considering I worked there back in high school) because unlike the hotel (which is were I came from) I get to make my own schedule so I can do as much as I can for the chapter. Which was my main goal. I love my chapter and my sisters and my position and I want to be the best VPPD that I can be for my chapter.
