Our Las Vegas Wedding and Vacation

Image
Our weekend in Vegas was amazing and I am so lucky to finally be able to call Payden my husband. After all of this time it is amazing to finally have the wedding and everything behind us. All the stress and everything that lead up to it was well worth it. We are happily married and still loving that newlywed stage of saying husband and wife. We had such an amazing time in Vegas and really loved our hotel room and staying at the Stratosphere! Our first day in Vegas was all about getting our marrige certificate figured out and chapel shopping. So Payden and I had a blast just walking around and learning the ropes with the taxis, buses and monorail. The day of the wedding was as relaxed as we could make it but we still had alot to do with getting me ready and getting over to the chapel and all of that but the wedding went smoothly and Payden and I were as happy as can be after we said "I Do". Before the wedding though, that was a different story: we were both nervous, a...

Bachelorette Party

Image
It has been so long since I have come and updated this blog. I have been inspired by a blog that I follow and how much she updates and how she keeps people informed on her life. So I have decided that I am going to make the effort to be good at my blog and to see how this new mission goes. So my bachelorette was many weeks ago, the 7th of October to be exact. Considering we are married now and done officically with all things wedding (besides the thank you cards) I am very behind on updating but I wanted to start with the Bachelorette party and go from there. My bachelorette party was a lot of fun. Everyone enjoyed themselves and I had a great time. We went to dinner at On The Border and took the party bus around town after. It was a great last weekend before the wedding and I was so happy to spend it with some of my favorite people. I love my friends, family and my bridal party! I loved all my gifts and the memories that we made. Here are some pictures, it was hard to choose whi...

Bridal Shower #1

Last week (the 22nd) was my first bridal shower, that my soon to be cousins Brittney and Brooke and their mom (my soon to be aunt) Brenda threw me. I love my Hamilton family and the connections/friendships I have made with them. I had a blast at this shower and I loved the games that we played, I do not normally like shower games but they did an amazing job picking out games that I would enjoy. We played the “Price is Right” game, the “Newlywed Game” (which was my favorite) and a game where the guest had to draw my wedding dress on a piece of paper that was on top of their head. I finally got to have all of my bridesmaids in one room together and got to have a picture with all six as a group! I loved that they all went out of their way to come and see me and spend time with me at my shower!! The gifts were amazing and I had such a great time. It truly means alot to me how much time and effort people took into making sure the day was fun for me and that I would enjoy the gifts th...
