4-14-15: movie date with Tristan. (Movie review to follow).

4-15-15: Happy Tax Day y'all. (We also happened to get our tax refund back today...weird). 
We are officially Costco members! So excited for the first Costco to open here in Wichita in June! 

Something (someone) doesn't belong up there.


4-16-15: second movie date with Tristan in one week! Finally got to see Cinderella! Which was wonderful! Movie review to follow. 
  
4-17-15: #APhiTacoPhist (an event for my sorority. All you can eat tacos!) with some of my favorite people. 




 
And picture proof of Uncle Payden holding Tannen's hand. No matter how short of a time it lasted it melted my heart! Two of my favorite guys! 

4-18-15: Lady Antebellum tickets came in! So excited to have floor tickets with my best friend Kayla! 

And my perfect simplified address book came in too! 

4-19-15: Bowl For A Kids Sake with some of the alumni members of Alpha Phi. We had costumes and different things to act out while bowling. It was a blast. And I actually drank a beer out of enjoyment of the taste (big step for this mixed drink and wine drinker). Here are a few of my favorite photos from the event. 





4-20-15: my first Pinterest success for the new house. A change jar for the entry way table! 

4-22-15: pretty stocked about my new shirt from my favorite etsy shop! 

4-23-15: Went around the apartment trying to find Vegas cat to find her sleeping in one of the empty box. Looks like she's ready for the move!

Growing up in Wichita, Kansas my husband has always known about the 'crumply burgers' at NuWay. I on the other hand had never heard of such a thing and never had the nerve to try the restaurant chain that I had never heard of. Yet since we have been dating since high school he eventually got me to try it and I have loved them ever since. When we moved out on our own I wanted to try and save money and figured I could make the 'crumply burgers' myself. After some trial and error I have come up with a recipe that works perfectly for us. A friend asked me to share the recipe, remember that I am not a chef though so there are no real measurements for the recipe but more of a "do what you feel is right". Wyatt’s 2nd Birthday!

I guess I forgot to write about Wyatt’s 2nd birthday, and that makes me said because that was such a fun party to plan since he actually has things he shows interest in now! Wyatt's 2nd birthday party was Elmo themed and it turned out so good! I am Kinda over board on planning and have “Pinterest perfect” parties by I love every bit of the crazy my planning makes me.
