Sunday Funday (3-12-15)

Sunday was a busy day for me. Started the day off with sleeping in, which is always a glorious feeling. 

And then I was off to the Alpha Phi Alumni and House Core Board annual meetings. A three hour process but I was elected into a new position so that's pretty cool. 



After meetings finished Payden, Maggi and j rushed over to the Celebrity Shake Off event for LLS! A fun event full of different drinks (the contest was to vote on which team made the best drink), food and friends. 

Plus the event was totally worth it because I got a picture with the two seniors from this season for WSU, who were two of my favorite players (Tekele Cotton and Darius Carter). So excited!

Growing up in Wichita, Kansas my husband has always known about the 'crumply burgers' at NuWay. I on the other hand had never heard of such a thing and never had the nerve to try the restaurant chain that I had never heard of. Yet since we have been dating since high school he eventually got me to try it and I have loved them ever since. When we moved out on our own I wanted to try and save money and figured I could make the 'crumply burgers' myself. After some trial and error I have come up with a recipe that works perfectly for us. Wyatt’s 2nd Birthday!

I guess I forgot to write about Wyatt’s 2nd birthday, and that makes me said because that was such a fun party to plan since he actually has things he shows interest in now! Wyatt's 2nd birthday party was Elmo themed and it turned out so good! I am Kinda over board on planning and have “Pinterest perfect” parties by I love every bit of the crazy my planning makes me.
