Homemade NuWay Burgers

Growing up in Wichita, Kansas my husband has always known about the 'crumply burgers' at NuWay. I on the other hand had never heard of such a thing and never had the nerve to try the restaurant chain that I had never heard of. Yet since we have been dating since high school he eventually got me to try it and I have loved them ever since. When we moved out on our own I wanted to try and save money and figured I could make the 'crumply burgers' myself. After some trial and error I have come up with a recipe that works perfectly for us. A friend asked me to share the recipe, remember that I am not a chef though so there are no real measurements for the recipe but more of a "do what you feel is right". Wyatt’s 2nd Birthday!

I guess I forgot to write about Wyatt’s 2nd birthday, and that makes me said because that was such a fun party to plan since he actually has things he shows interest in now! Wyatt's 2nd birthday party was Elmo themed and it turned out so good! I am Kinda over board on planning and have “Pinterest perfect” parties by I love every bit of the crazy my planning makes me.

Cat Chronicles #1

So I have officially become one of those crazy cat ladies. Judge me all that you please but I do not mind at all. I very much love my cat, and do believe that she has one of the best personalities. She fits into our family (of my husband and I) so well and has became a very happy addition to our home and life together. I had a friend tell me that she loves to hear all of my crazy stories about Vegas and that I should start a blog about them. I decided I would just write random "Cat Chronicles" as events happened in my personal blog instead of having one blog dedicated to just her stories. You are welcome to read them or to overlook them.
