Glow Run 5K 2014

My friend Tristan and I joined some of my family (Mom, KC, Nick, Missy and her boyfriend Ian) in the Glow Run last night. 

It was so fun and although I walked the whole thing (and haven't really worked out lately) I am really proud of myself for finishing it with very little struggle. 

I know that I may never be able to run a 5K but I do enjoy doing the fun runs like this and being active.

Growing up in Wichita, Kansas my husband has always known about the 'crumply burgers' at NuWay. I on the other hand had never heard of such a thing and never had the nerve to try the restaurant chain that I had never heard of. Yet since we have been dating since high school he eventually got me to try it and I have loved them ever since. When we moved out on our own I wanted to try and save money and figured I could make the 'crumply burgers' myself. After some trial and error I have come up with a recipe that works perfectly for us. Wyatt’s 2nd Birthday!

I guess I forgot to write about Wyatt’s 2nd birthday, and that makes me said because that was such a fun party to plan since he actually has things he shows interest in now! Wyatt's 2nd birthday party was Elmo themed and it turned out so good! I am Kinda over board on planning and have “Pinterest perfect” parties by I love every bit of the crazy my planning makes me.
