Wyatt's 2nd Zoo Trip

Last week we went to the last free night at the zoo for "Twilight Tuesday". Let me tell you it being free made the trip not worth it.  Too many people and too hot. We stayed for about an hour and made sure to see the new elephant exhibit but I'd rather pay to get into the zoo than to deal with all of those people. 

Wyatt had a pretty good time considering how hot it was. We did get to use his stroller fan and he thought that was pretty cool. 



I forgot to move his fan out of the way when we took our family photos though so that makes me mad. 


After he zoo we went to daddy's favorite Mexican restaurant and Wyatt spent the whole time trying to grab at mom's food.

Growing up in Wichita, Kansas my husband has always known about the 'crumply burgers' at NuWay. I on the other hand had never heard of such a thing and never had the nerve to try the restaurant chain that I had never heard of. Yet since we have been dating since high school he eventually got me to try it and I have loved them ever since. When we moved out on our own I wanted to try and save money and figured I could make the 'crumply burgers' myself. After some trial and error I have come up with a recipe that works perfectly for us. Wyatt’s 2nd Birthday!

I guess I forgot to write about Wyatt’s 2nd birthday, and that makes me said because that was such a fun party to plan since he actually has things he shows interest in now! Wyatt's 2nd birthday party was Elmo themed and it turned out so good! I am Kinda over board on planning and have “Pinterest perfect” parties by I love every bit of the crazy my planning makes me.
