Movie Review: The Mockingjay Part 1

My second movie date on Thursday was with my friend Tristan to see the newest "The Hunter Games" movie. We've read all the books and seen/own the other movies so needless to say it was a no brainer for us to go see this one. 

Just like the others I loved the movie, I loved the acting and the story line. I wish they hadn't spilt this movie into two parts but still it was a great movie and easily a five stars rating! 

I'll be owning this one as well when it comes out on dvd. I of course recommend this one if you've seen the others. You will not be disappointed.

Growing up in Wichita, Kansas my husband has always known about the 'crumply burgers' at NuWay. I on the other hand had never heard of such a thing and never had the nerve to try the restaurant chain that I had never heard of. Yet since we have been dating since high school he eventually got me to try it and I have loved them ever since. When we moved out on our own I wanted to try and save money and figured I could make the 'crumply burgers' myself. After some trial and error I have come up with a recipe that works perfectly for us. This jacket was Brent's when he was a toddler and Payden wore it when he was a toddler and now Wyatt is wearing it. It's so cool to see him in these hand me downs. And I even found pictures of Payden wearing the jacket to compare.

Wyatt’s 2nd Birthday!

I guess I forgot to write about Wyatt’s 2nd birthday, and that makes me said because that was such a fun party to plan since he actually has things he shows interest in now! Wyatt's 2nd birthday party was Elmo themed and it turned out so good! I am Kinda over board on planning and have “Pinterest perfect” parties by I love every bit of the crazy my planning makes me.
