Hoodie Allen Concert

Before we knew we were pregnant Maggi and I decided that we would travel to Kansas City and attended an outdoor music festival/concert to see our favorite artist/rapper (that she introduced me to). 

And Maggi was awesome enough to get us meet and greet passes to meet Hoodie so needless to say the concert was happening pregnant or not. 

I'm so glad that we still went. Yes it was a long day, yes it was hot and yes I was so tired by the time we were done but I had a blast in Kansas City and at the Concet with one of my best friends! Did I mention that we had pit tickets? That was an interesting experience while pregnant and tired. Lol

Homemade NuWay Burgers

Growing up in Wichita, Kansas my husband has always known about the 'crumply burgers' at NuWay. I on the other hand had never heard of such a thing and never had the nerve to try the restaurant chain that I had never heard of. Yet since we have been dating since high school he eventually got me to try it and I have loved them ever since. When we moved out on our own I wanted to try and save money and figured I could make the 'crumply burgers' myself. After some trial and error I have come up with a recipe that works perfectly for us. A friend asked me to share the recipe, remember that I am not a chef though so there are no real measurements for the recipe but more of a "do what you feel is right". Wyatt’s 2nd Birthday!

I guess I forgot to write about Wyatt’s 2nd birthday, and that makes me said because that was such a fun party to plan since he actually has things he shows interest in now! Wyatt's 2nd birthday party was Elmo themed and it turned out so good! I am Kinda over board on planning and have “Pinterest perfect” parties by I love every bit of the crazy my planning makes me.
