My week in photos: round 3

Sunday: My Final Four DVD came in!! Came in yesterday but we didn't check the mail, obviously since it is Sunday and all. 

Monday: we reviewed a new chair for our living room from a family friend. And Vegas seems to like it, probably because she knows it's her dad's. (Our goal now is to figure out how to get her not to scratch it. 

Tuesday: "I don't know about you but I'm feeling 22". Game day with Maggi to watch WSU go 22-0! 

Thursday: Vegas just spent 5 minutes getting comfortable in our kitchen sink.... 

Yay new jewelry from our Premier Jewelry party! 

Friday: Yay! New Pampered Chef! 

Apparently the reusable grocery bags makes for a perfect car bed.  


DIY bracelet holder! 


Saturday: my last jewelry organization item and the whole display of my jewelry boxes/stands! 

Wichita State went 23-0 after Saturday's game. I sat with the work friends/group.

Homemade NuWay Burgers

Growing up in Wichita, Kansas my husband has always known about the 'crumply burgers' at NuWay. I on the other hand had never heard of such a thing and never had the nerve to try the restaurant chain that I had never heard of. Yet since we have been dating since high school he eventually got me to try it and I have loved them ever since. When we moved out on our own I wanted to try and save money and figured I could make the 'crumply burgers' myself. After some trial and error I have come up with a recipe that works perfectly for us. A friend asked me to share the recipe, remember that I am not a chef though so there are no real measurements for the recipe but more of a "do what you feel is right". Ingredients: 1 pound of hamburger meat (or more depending on how many you are serving) mustard dill pickles white onion (we only use a little bit, but we always have onions on hand in our place so we take what we need each time) hamburger buns sliced c

Wyatt’s 2nd Birthday!

I guess I forgot to write about Wyatt’s 2nd birthday, and that makes me said because that was such a fun party to plan since he actually has things he shows interest in now! Wyatt's 2nd birthday party was Elmo themed and it turned out so good! I am Kinda over board on planning and have “Pinterest perfect” parties by I love every bit of the crazy my planning makes me.
