MONDAY (4/28/14):
My cheat outfit at work.  

It's official! Payden is at Koch and I have a husband who is working third shift. Wish us luck. 

Vegas seriously always makes us/me laugh. 


WEDNESDAY (4/30/14): 10 year anniversary of "Mean Girls" landed on a Wednesday so we HAD to wear pink at work! 

THURSDAY (5/1/14): we celebrated a coworker's birthday at work. Happy birthday Erica! 

THURSDAY NIGHT: Alan Jackson and Jamie Lynn Spears concert with Kayla!! So much fun, great seats but a cluster of lines at the venue. 

FRIDAY (5-2-14): Vegas waiting for her dad right after he left for work. She is confused by his new hours. (She isn't the only one adjusting) 

Since Payden and I are with our cat kid at different times during the day now we send each other pictures of her. 

FRIDAY NIGHT: Skybox baseball game with Gregg Marshall, friends, coworkers and some LLS heroes and their families! 
 
SATURDAY (5-3-14): movie date with the husband. (Movie review will be written soon). 

SATURDAY NIGHT: Larry won me my gift from him for helping with his LLS campaign at the Gregg Marshall auction! Seriously I am so in love! 


SUNDAY (5-4-14): I was honored to be invited to share Tannen's baby dedication at his church with his whole family.

Homemade NuWay Burgers

Growing up in Wichita, Kansas my husband has always known about the 'crumply burgers' at NuWay. I on the other hand had never heard of such a thing and never had the nerve to try the restaurant chain that I had never heard of. Yet since we have been dating since high school he eventually got me to try it and I have loved them ever since. When we moved out on our own I wanted to try and save money and figured I could make the 'crumply burgers' myself. After some trial and error I have come up with a recipe that works perfectly for us. A friend asked me to share the recipe, remember that I am not a chef though so there are no real measurements for the recipe but more of a "do what you feel is right". Ingredients: 1 pound of hamburger meat (or more depending on how many you are serving) mustard dill pickles white onion (we only use a little bit, but we always have onions on hand in our place so we take what we need each time) hamburger buns sliced c

This jacket was Brent's when he was a toddler and Payden wore it when he was a toddler and now Wyatt is wearing it. It's so cool to see him in these hand me downs. And I even found pictures of Payden wearing the jacket to compare.

Wyatt’s 2nd Birthday!

I guess I forgot to write about Wyatt’s 2nd birthday, and that makes me said because that was such a fun party to plan since he actually has things he shows interest in now! Wyatt's 2nd birthday party was Elmo themed and it turned out so good! I am Kinda over board on planning and have “Pinterest perfect” parties by I love every bit of the crazy my planning makes me.
