Hamilton Family

Summer time getting close means a lot of movies coming out that we want to see, which I'm excited about because that makes for more movie dates in our future. Yesterday Payden and I saw Get Hard. Although the movie was funny I'm not in love with it. Payden loved it and yes I did laugh but it wasn't as good as I expected. (I know most comedies are not as good as the previews make them seem but still).  I do love Kevin Hart and I did laugh and it was a good day date but I'd only give it like a 3.5 star rating.  But if you are like my husband and live dumb comedies then this is right up your alley. 

My best friend Mandy welcomed her baby girl today! My first niece in the bunch of boys from my friends!  Tarynn Mae was born today (March 27th, 2015) weighing 8 pounds and 3 ounces, and measuring 19.5 inches long!  I'm so in love with her already and so excited for my best friend and her now family of FOUR! Tannen is already the best big brother you could imagine and u can't wait to be apart of this little girl's life!  ^^serioysly thigh who looks that beautiful right after giving birth? My best friend is stunning!!  ^^that face makes my heart melt! I got to go see the family after I got off of work. It was so nice to see all four of them. Such a perfect family! 

3-24-15: We got our official closing date paperwork and I got my time off approved for the move!  And I officially bought out first new item for the new house! Tell me that it isn't perfect!  3-25-15:  Vegas is loving all the packing and all of the boxes. She loves hiding and playing in the bigger ones.  3-26-15: Wichita State played in the Sweet Sixteen for the NCAA tournament against Notre Dame. Payden is a huge Notre Dame fan so we had to take a picture.  I watched the game with some of my friends at AJs: Maggi, Dannielle and Tristan.  Wichita State lost (March Sadness at its finest) and Payden had to get a photo for bragging rights.  3-27-15: Tarynn Kennedy was born! When it comes to Shocker tshirts my best friend Maggi and I are somewhat obsessed. Here are four of the new shirts we got for the WSU/KU game and their win. We also have two more coming for the sweet sixteen and just a cute one. So get ready.  The obsession is real though.  ---updated 3-26-15---- More shirts.  I shouldn't be allowed at Tad's Locker Room on my own. 

Onto the third book of the Maze Runner series called The Death Cure.  I've loved this book series so far and this book has not disappointed. It is still super entertaining and I am finding myself wanting to know more. Sometimes I feel like series drag out (umm hello Pretty Little Liars  series) but this one is not one of them.  If you've liked/read the other two books of the series then this one should be on your list too! 

Thursday night my friend Tristan and I snuck in a best friend movie date to see the early showing of Insurgent . We saw the first movie of the series together and have been reading the books so it was a no brainer.  When seeing movies based on books I always go into them thinking of them as two separate things. Of course I want the movie to follow the book but I also want it to be as entertaining as the book. So if it doesn't follow the storyline perfectly I'm not too upset.  That being said this movie was great! There were some things that didn't really follow the book but none the less we loved the movies. Easily a five star rating on entertainment level. Plus I think that if you liked the book and the first movie then you would still really enjoy this movie.
