What I'm Reading: 11th Edition

Sean has been one of my favorites from the Bachelor/Bachelorette tv series and I love his relationship with his wife ("winner" from his season) Catherine. Plus he is from Texas and played football in college for KSU. So when I saw that he wrote a book I knew I had to read it! 

The book is great and the writing was very well done. It was an easy and enjoyable read and have alot of insight into his life. I really enjoyed the book and if you liked him in the shows as much as I did then you would like it too.

Growing up in Wichita, Kansas my husband has always known about the 'crumply burgers' at NuWay. I on the other hand had never heard of such a thing and never had the nerve to try the restaurant chain that I had never heard of. Yet since we have been dating since high school he eventually got me to try it and I have loved them ever since. When we moved out on our own I wanted to try and save money and figured I could make the 'crumply burgers' myself. After some trial and error I have come up with a recipe that works perfectly for us. A friend asked me to share the recipe, remember that I am not a chef though so there are no real measurements for the recipe but more of a "do what you feel is right". This jacket was Brent's when he was a toddler and Payden wore it when he was a toddler and now Wyatt is wearing it. It's so cool to see him in these hand me downs. And I even found pictures of Payden wearing the jacket to compare.

Wyatt’s 2nd Birthday!

I guess I forgot to write about Wyatt’s 2nd birthday, and that makes me said because that was such a fun party to plan since he actually has things he shows interest in now! Wyatt's 2nd birthday party was Elmo themed and it turned out so good! I am Kinda over board on planning and have “Pinterest perfect” parties by I love every bit of the crazy my planning makes me.
