17 weeks!

Now that the baby can hear us...we are placing bets on what the baby's first cuss word will be. 

And feeling the baby move has to be the coolest yet strangest feeling ever! 


How far along: 17 weeks today! 
Gender: Unknown-- and the wait until September 10th is taking forever. 
Weight gain: gained one pound but still under pre pregnancy weight! 
Maternity clothes: Maternity pants are the only pants I can wear. And maternity leggings are a heaven send. 
Sleep: I'm having a hard time getting comfortable and can't stay asleep for long periods of time. 
Best moment this week: feeling the baby move, which actually happened for the first time today!    
Worst moment this week: my lack of sleep.  
Miss anything:  I miss being able to sleep and stay asleep. 
Movement: First time feeling the baby was today! 
Cravings: Nothing really 
Queasy or sick: Feeling alot better for the most part. 
Looking forward to: The weekend. Bobby Bones concert with Kayla ok Friday and a double date with Kayla and Joe on Saturday.

Growing up in Wichita, Kansas my husband has always known about the 'crumply burgers' at NuWay. I on the other hand had never heard of such a thing and never had the nerve to try the restaurant chain that I had never heard of. Yet since we have been dating since high school he eventually got me to try it and I have loved them ever since. When we moved out on our own I wanted to try and save money and figured I could make the 'crumply burgers' myself. After some trial and error I have come up with a recipe that works perfectly for us. Wyatt’s 2nd Birthday!

I guess I forgot to write about Wyatt’s 2nd birthday, and that makes me said because that was such a fun party to plan since he actually has things he shows interest in now! Wyatt's 2nd birthday party was Elmo themed and it turned out so good! I am Kinda over board on planning and have “Pinterest perfect” parties by I love every bit of the crazy my planning makes me.
